Processing

Orders are normally processed in about 1–2 business days.

Transportation

Once dispatched, estimated transit is 4–6 business days. Weather, peak periods, carrier operations, remote areas, and incorrect address information can cause variation.

Checkout and support

When a parcel needs attention

Accurate delivery details help avoid carrier delays. Please share the order number and tracking reference if a scan stops updating, the package is missing or damaged, or delivery is confirmed but the parcel is not located. Carrier timing may change; the 1–2 day preparation period is additional to the 4–6 day transit estimate.
